amazing stay!

Braulio, known as el primo, made my vacation lovely. he greeted us with a constant smile. his attentiveness matched that of the other staff. They treated us like family. the staff is a credit to this place. the resort's cleanliness is striking. the rooms were comfortable. the pool was fantastic. the djs were great.
there was a very minimal gym on site but one could use the gym across the road, better.

the room included a kitchenette with modern appliances. the king-sized bed dominated the space. a large lcd tv offered international channels. the air conditioning worked efficiently, keeping the room comfortable.

the staff recognized me from my previous visit. i received treats like fresh fruit, wine, and sweets in my room. the staff remembered my drinks. a team member moved my parasol to keep me in the shade. every team member was great!

the room had very comfortable bed and pillows. the restaurant offered a fantastic selection of food for both breakfast and the evening meal. the staff were efficient and very friendly.
i notice a bit of gravel that was like sand surrounding the pool area, i prefer sand at the beach.

insufficient air conditioningmissing tv channels
I was a bit disappointed . the air conditioning barely worked. It was stuck on the lowest fan setting. maintenance came three times, but it never improved. The room remained uncomfortably warm. also, i missed having uk tv channels, especially for news or relaxing in the evening. i know it might seem trivial, but it's something i expect from a five-star hotel. The lack of it reminded me of a downgrade.
