amazing stay!
constant smile striking cleanliness great djs
Braulio, known as el primo, made my vacation lovely. he greeted us with a constant smile. his attentiveness matched that of the other staff. They treated us like family. the staff is a credit to this place. the resort's cleanliness is striking. the rooms were comfortable. the pool was fantastic. the djs were great.
there was a very minimal gym on site but one could use the gym across the road, better.

the room included a kitchenette with modern appliances. the king-sized bed dominated the space. a large lcd tv offered international channels. the air conditioning worked efficiently, keeping the room comfortable.

the staff recognized me from my previous visit. i received treats like fresh fruit, wine, and sweets in my room. the staff remembered my drinks. a team member moved my parasol to keep me in the shade. every team member was great!

comfortable bed efficient staff
the room had very comfortable bed and pillows. the restaurant offered a fantastic selection of food for both breakfast and the evening meal. the staff were efficient and very friendly.
i notice a bit of gravel that gave the feeling of sand surrounding the pool area, i prefer sand at the beach.

insufficient air conditioning missing tv channels
I was a bit disappointed . the air conditioning barely worked. It was stuck on the lowest fan setting. maintenance came three times, but it never improved. The room remained uncomfortably warm. also, i missed having uk tv channels, especially for news or relaxing in the evening. i know it might seem trivial, but it's something i expect from a five-star hotel. The lack of it seemed like a downgrade.

the breakfast buffet had plenty choice each day. it was acceptable.
the room i stayed in felt so basic. it reminded me student accommodation. the shower was not separated.
